SHIPPING

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE ORDER. WHEN THE ITEM IS READY TO BE SHIPPED, CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE DELIVERY OF THEIR SHIPMENT ONCE AN ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED. WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED.

SHIPPING RATES WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT. ORDERS ARE SENT VIA FEDEX GROUND AND TAKE 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN LOS ANGELES.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES VARY. PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO INFO@SAINTHUNT.COM TO PROPERLY PROCESS YOUR ORDER. SHIPPING COSTS ARE BASED ON YOUR LOCATION AND ESTIMATED WEIGHT OF YOUR PACKAGE.

IF YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (SAINT HUNT) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

IF THE RECEIVER IS ABSENT UPON ALL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT A LOCAL FEDEX CENTER FOR PICK UP. IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE FOR ANY REASON, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (SAINT HUNT) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, IF YOU REFUSE RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO SAINT HUNT AT YOUR EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE INCURRED; THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.

PACKAGES WILL BE HELD AT CUSTOMS FOR 30 DAYS, AFTER WHICH IT WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ABANDONED A PACKAGE WILL FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THEIR ORDER.

IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, AND IT IS DAMAGED AND/OR OPENED, PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE BEFORE CHECKING THE CONTENTS INSIDE. PLEASE SUBMIT A CLAIM VIA THE COURIER USED TO SHIP YOUR ORDER. PLEASE ALSO CONTACT US AT INFO@SAINTHUNT.COM.

All packages with an order value of $500 or more may require signature for delivery.

RETURN

FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT SAINTHUNT.COM, ALL RETURNS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM(S).

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, ITEM(S) MUST BE SENT BACK IN SALE-ABLE CONDITION, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED.

ACCESSORIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

THE ITEM MUST BE NEW, NOT WORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE OF ANY ODORS OR FRAGRANCES.

EXCHANGE

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@SaintHunt.com with a picture of the damaged item. Once approved, send your item to: Saint Hunt, 4620 Angeles Vista Blvd. View Park CA 90043, United States.

All exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense once the exchange has been approved. Additionally, Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchange item.
